Skinwalkers: HTC Sense vs Samsung TouchWiz

Posted In Editorials, Polls - By Mark Hearn On Sunday, July 24th, 2011 6:11pm PDT With 8 Comments

If beauty is only skin deep, Android could easily host a beauty pageant. We recently asked “What phone do you currently use?” Without much surprise, two major players kept popping up. Both HTC and Samsung are currently producing some of the most popular devices on the Now Network. This led to us to wondering, who makes the better UI? Be sure to vote and  share your two cents by leaving a comment.

HTC, it just makes sense. Get it!? Besides, touchwiz looks to much like iOS to me!

I have a samsung epic, and I love the UI with one exception, I love the HTC clock/weather widget. To make my self happy I downloaded Beautiful Widgets with the big clock. Now my UI is complete :-)

I have and like TouchWiz. I think the homescreen on HTC Sense is prettier, but overall design Samsung wins all the way.

I felt that way initially also (epic owner), but after a while I found more important things to populate my homescreen with. After all, there’s a clock in the notification bar…
