New Nexus s 4G Swype is Coming to Other Androids

Posted In News - By Mark Hearn On Monday, August 22nd, 2011 2:44pm PDT With 2 Comments

Last week Sprint’s Nexus S 4G owners were treated to an early download of the latest version of Swype, along with a special Sprint-themed skin. The sleuths over at Android Police have apparently had a chat with the folks from Swype and word is that they’ll be releasing the same update that us cool kids got last week (why do you think they call it the Now Network?). This is said to apply to most Android handsets, but we really only care about the group on Sprint’s roster. They’re claiming the download should pop up sometime this week on Swype’s beta site. If you’re interested, we suggest you sign up now, so you don’t have to spend time scavenging the internet sifting through risky APK files.

Highly opinionated and somewhat eccentric he shares his ramblings about his network of choice here at SprintFeed.

Waiting on this, Swype is pretty awesome.

Yes it is. I HATED texting before using Swype. I still don’t like it, but at least it’s bearable now.
