Software Updates in the Pipeline for the HTC EVO 3D and Samsung Conquer 4G

What do we have here? Our Super Spies are on it like clockwork! Even though it’s not on sale yet, the soon to be released Samsung Conquer 4G is set to get a launch day software security fix. Which will hit immediately after the handset is activated. Now that’s what we call support! Our second tidbit of software goodness will be hitting the HTC EVO 3D, which has a laundry list of fixes slated to hit August 23rd. Software version 2.08.651.2 is said to address: lockscreen being stuck, bluetooth contact transfer, Facebook contact birthday syncing, GPS location issues, Spiderman demo lockups and increased removal of Sprint bloatware! The EVO 3D’s update is said to require a manual update, so be sure to check your phone’s software via its settings come August 23rd.
