All Good Things Must Come to an End

The concept of time has always amazed me. The fact that a day can take what seems like forever, but a year can go by so quickly. Nine months ago to the day I hit publish on SprintFeed’s first post and here I am writing one of its last. Anniversaries are normally a celebration, but today is bittersweet. I entered this industry determined to make an impact and through this wonderful vehicle I’ve reached so many people.
So many people, that I’ve been given an amazing opportunity and it’s with a heavy heart that I’m announcing that I am ending SprintFeed and joining TechnoBuffalo as a full-time editor. This wasn’t an easy decision by any means, but in order to reach one’s true potential, we have to step out of our comfort zones. For those of you wondering, starting on April 2nd I’ll still be covering all walks of mobile products and services, ranging from AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and of course Sprint!
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the people that helped make SprintFeed possible. Peter Rojas, thank you for being a mentor and for all of your wonderful advice. David Beren, thank you for being such an awesome adviser and a hell of a friend! Joe Fedewa, thank you for sharing so much of your talent and time, I’m so proud of you and where you are! Finally I’d like to thank the people that I call Sprintsters. Without your support, SprintFeed never would’ve made it out of its first week. I am forever grateful to every person that ever pointed their web browser to a SprintFeed story.
Though things are changing, something new and exciting is happening. I hope to see you guys at my new home, as I continue to do my absolute best to bring you the latest in mobile news. Once again I’d like to thank everyone for their time and support. This has been a fantastic ride!

Mark…best of luck in your future endeavors. I will be praying for you and your family.
Blessings!

Sprint 4G Rollout Updates
It’s sad to see SprintFeed end, but I will always remember it as my first step into this industry. Thanks to you and SprintFeed I am lucky enough to do this for as living. Thanks Mark, and good luck at TB!
why not keep it running with someone else running it?
Good for you Mark! Will miss Sprintfeed!
Well dang Mark. I’ve already got your new destination bookmarked. When are you turning the lights out for the last time here at Sprint Feed?
That pretty much says where Sprint is headed. If Mark is bailing then our “NOW NETWORK” is going to pretty much end up being the “THEN NETWORK”. Wonder when the NASCAR contract ends?
Hitman! say it ain’t so! i’ll miss the ‘feed!
hey congrats on your new gig!
Its been great, as employee at sprint this was my number one site to check for sprint news, thank you for a great site. Have a great journey.
congrats mark on the new job.I think im going to cry.I really LOVED the sprint feed site.
I’m sorry to see the site go. I just discovered it a few weeks ago. Wish somebody would step in and keep it running.
Good luck mark.
He’s bailing because he got a PAID job….
I just discovered this blog last week and now you are closing it!? I happily bookmarked it because its great having a source of information based on my carrier. I think you are making a mistake in closing down this blog. I’d say keep it open and keep updating it as you come across sprint related content. Or in the very least link to sprint related posts from your new site.
Good luck and the best!
Sorry to see you go but I am glad for your new opportunity. You sent me my Photon when I won a drawing on your site and you have always had great articles. I will miss Sprintfeed!
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! Rest assured we’ll continue to rock at TechnoBuffalo! I hope to see you guys at my new stomping grounds!
man this sucks for me I enjoy reading all new articles about sprint but like you said all things come to an end good luck on your new venture
So sorry to see “SPRINTFEED”, leaving….
I just had just recently replaced BGR with SF, and everyday for the past 7 months,
I looked forward to it’s unbiased coverage of SPRINT. I sincerely wish you the best of luck, and again, thank you for the service you provided, your coverage will be sorely missed.
I only wish, we had a chance to keep it going, that perhaps you would have asked for assistance in passing the operation.
Thank You
Best of luck to you Mark. You have done a fantastic job with this site. I am sorry to see it close.
Good luck Mark. Sprintfeed has been part of my daily routine for many months now. Look forward to seeing you on technobuffalo.
I’ve never gone to TechnoBuffalo webpage, but since Mark is moving I have to as well. Love[d] your website.
i too recently discovered this wonderful medium for all things sprint. im saddened to see it go.
best wishes on your new endeavor.
GOOD LUCK! I will visit technobuffalo if you continue to give us great info on our beloved sprint over there.
Really enjoyed the site here, and I’m sad to see you leave. Best of luck in the future and you can be sure that I have technobuffalo bookmarked now. Thanks for all your hard work bringing us the best Sprint news without any bias.
I’ve been reading this feed off and on since November, I appreciated the Sprint info over the last few months, however I wish you well in your new role.
Congrats bud. Awesome site, definitely going to miss it.
Thanks for a good ride, Mark. I’ve been following SprintFeed since last fall and was thrilled to finally have a well-organized website focusing on Sprint. I’ll really miss the the site and the contributors, but I wish you the best in your new job at TechnoBuffalo. Hope you’ll give the same focus on Sprint news there as here.
I’m sorry to see the site go. Good luck in your new endeavors.
Ad’s on this site don’t make him money?
Sure they do. But I’m sure they don’t make him as much as he will be getting from TB. Also, ad revenue isn’t a guarantee like an actual PAID job is. Think about it.
Sprintfeed has been one of my daily go to sites for news and no doubt it will be missed. You’ve done a great job with this site and it will definitely be missed. I will see you on TechnoBuffalo. Thanks for all the great work and Godspeed.
Good luck! But… where am I gonna get my Sprint news from now? D;
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wait some time i can’t bear to see this site go down
CONGRATS MARK, ITS SAD TO SEE THIS SITE GO DOWN, BUT EVERYONE GOTS TO MOVE ON AND TO BETTER THINGS
Most likely a conflict of interest…It’d still be HIS site…
congratulations mark even if the site closes the man behind it still writes keeping the words on sprintfeed alive in different webpage
Worry not! I’m still gonna cover Sprint at TechnoBuffalo. Hope to see you there!
Best of luck Mark. I will miss this site. I always log on here everyday to get the latest sprint news. Congrats on the job. See you on technobuffalo.
Wow. Blindsided. It will pain me to remove this blog from my Pulse app.
D: just found this website a couple weeks ago.. now ill have to find another sprint news website if there is one >.<
Well, it was a fun ride while it lasted.
Good Luck onto a bigger and better future!
Thanks for providing us with GREAT Sprint website. I’ll miss this site alot! Good Luck in your new adventures!!
Mark: Congratulations on your new gig. I know that myself and others will be following you to TechnoBuffalo (who knew Buffalo had such a big techno music scene LOL) in order to continue to basque in your insights. Thank you for your amazing reporting at SprintFeed and looking forward to seeing you at TechnoBuffalo. Thank you again Mark!
this is really upsetting, but I do wish you best of luck!
Thanks for keeping us informed on all things Sprint. Good luck to you in your new job.
I haven’t been part of this site for long, but I just want to say congratulations, and I truly enjoyed this site. The best of luck to you.
I been following sprintfeed since about a week after it started . Good luck in your new job and look at the bright side now you can switch to Verizon and get real fast 4g speeds and way better reception and not feel guilty lol . But in all seriousness sprint is on a down fall rite now with the worst data speeds on the market and Hesse taking money lte deal not happening I’m just waiting for the summer for my contract to end and I’m off to Verizon . I mean what’s the point of unlimited data when I can’t even watch a YouTube video with out buffering every 5 seconds anyway thanks for everything mark and ones again good luck in
your future.
Wow this sucks but I truly wish you the best.this was the first site I would come check at night before I went to sleep,I am gonna miss it for sure! Never really wrote til now but hey….it’s something hahaha well good luck man…I just got rehired at sprint so if I ever come across anything il make sure to hit you up.take care and good luck il be reading your post as they come, btw if you can hand down the website that would be awesome.
Thanks for everything Mark! Sprintfeed has been a great success thanks to you and I’m sure TechnoBuffalo will be a great experience for you! Rest assured I will follow your work over there just as I did here, thanks again and congratulations!
gonna miss it.
Gay, at least I already subscribe to techno buffalo. I don’t really give a shit about crappy AT&T
We need a DEDICATED Sprint site. We have engadget, bgr, and a plethora of other sites. What we don’t have is a good Sprint specific site like this. Make no mistake, this site wasn’t just good, it was GREAT.
Mark, I will truly miss the site. Green Day said it best, “thanks for the memories”.
First of all congrats buddy you’ve gone a long way from last year to today, and as always wish you best of luck and success in all your ventures.
Good luck Mark. I’ve enjoyed your blog for the past several months. It was nice to have a Sprint-centric news feed so I didn’t have to wade through all the ATT and Verizon news and product updates on other sites.
Nooooooooooo!!!!
Mark…best of luck in your future endeavors. I will be praying for you and your family.
Blessings!
Sorry to say I will not follow over. I liked the coverage here and I understand the need to make money and supports family. But I like sprint feed. Not a huge fan of change. So good luck but you lost a fan and follower.
Hey man, great job! God BLESS YOU!
I see you on the other side. Congrads!!
Aww I wish it wouldn’t end… I just found the site like a week ago and loved it
… Maybe someone else could take over?
I also just recently found this site, and I’m feeling sad that it’s ending. I hope you go on to bigger and better things. Best of luck to you.
I just discovered this website today… what a shame…
