AppleCare+ Cancellation Period Changing From 14 to 30 Days

Have you picked up a new iPhone and forked out the additional $99 for AppleCare+, only to find out that it’s a tad bit more durable than you expected? Would you like to get that extra money back? Then we’ve got some good news for you! As of March 12th, the AppleCare+ cancellation period has changed from 14 to 30 days. What this means is that you’ll have 30 days from the date you purchase AppleCare+ to cancel the protective service. If purchased at a Sprint store, you’ll receive a bill credit for the cost of the service. However, if AppleCare+ was purchased at an Apple store or third party retailer, you’ll have to visit that specific retailer for your refund.

This is one of the reasons I hate Sprint now that you brought it up!!!! That $300.00 Evo with $100.00 mail in rebate is pure BS!!! You get $100.00 to spend in the Sprint Store, which is usually 50% – 60% overpriced anyway!!! I should get cash to spend anywhere or anyhow I please!!!
Another loophole Sprint uses, you have 30 days to return your phone free of charge “In its original packaging with no physical damage……..” Lets be honest here, whats the 1st thing you did when you got home with your new Photon? Tell the truth? You filled out the rebate form for your $100.00 and cut the box for EMEI # as proof! Gotcha, you no longer have original packaging, your 30 days technically ended on day ONE!!!!
The Evo’s MIR is $50, The PrePaid American Express card can be used anyplace American Express is accepted not just in a Sprint store.
The return policy is 14 days, Not 30. And you do not send in the EMEI# off the box as proof you send in the receipt or packing slip so you keep all original packaging.
That is not what was on the forum when we got the 6 Evos (Photon I got out right) We did not get AE nothing, we got checks (which was a waste of paper, should have put directly to account!)
