Sprint’s Galaxy Nexus Passes Through FCC

It looks like Sprint’s version of the Galaxy Nexus is a few steps closer to becoming a retail reality. Samsung’s SPH-L700 aka Sprint’s Galaxy Nexus has just made its way through the FCC. This definitely keeps Google’s third Nexus device on course for a debut on the Now Network sometime later this year. Aside from a few technical listings, everything else is pretty much identical to its Big Red counterpart. With CTIA around the corner, hopefully this lines things up for some type of official announcement.

any word on the rumored 1.5GHz processor?
This phone will be out in April, and I think those Texas markets will go LTE live next month too. Regardless I am not concerned since I have two lines now one with Sprint (EVo 4G) and Verizon Razr Maxx LTE).
It would be nice if it had an upgraded camera. I’m not talking about pixels, but lots of reviews pointed out that it was bad. The megapixels can stay the same, but have it take better pictures.
CTIA is in May this year, not exactly right around the corner lol
For the love of Pete! We are in the middle of March.
That’s still well over a month away duder. Right around the corner for me is like two weeks lol
I was debating staying with sprint for the g nexus but I have no decent 3g speeds where I live, work and go to school so I’ve ordered the g nexus on Verizon for 99 bux and with double the data I have 4gbs a month. Verizon is going to have 400 lte markets live by the end of this year and I just can’t sign up for two more years with no promise that my area will get lte or even halfway decent 3g speeds.
Is it too much to ask to include GSM for the new Sprint Android phones coming out? There is a disproportionate number of cdma vs gsm, and not having gsm makes these fancy new phones useless outside the continental U.S..
