ZTE Fury Available March 11th

Not too long ago we outed Sprint’s upcoming budget-friendly ZTE Fury. Revealing everything but its release date, we can now confirm that the ZTE Fury will be available on March 11th for $19.99 on a two-year commitment. As we said before, this starter smartphone won’t be winning over spec sheet fanatics, but it definitely has the potential to be a great first smartphone for pre-teens and non-techie types. Spec list coming up after the break.
- 1GHz processor
- 512MB of RAM
- 4GB internal memory
- 5-megapixel camera
- 3.5-inch display
- Android 2.3

Ummm..who care on this one
Not a BAD phone being that its essentially the Android equivalent to the iPhone 4. But where are our HTC Rezound, Motorola Razr, Galaxy Nexus combo punches? Verizon gets all the love.
Yeah, anyone who wants crap specs like that probably wants an iPhone 4. Amirite?
Not bad for a 3g gingerbread model. Gingerbread is a nice os. This is no flagship, but it will serve its purpose well.
They are coming. What’s wrong with the epic touch?
No hd screen and wimax. Don’t get me wrong its the nicest us variation of the gs2 series but I’m waiting on the g nexus. Lte is where sprint is headed and a wimax purchase at this point in time is not for me. I know it will be a while before I see lte but I’ll never see wimax where I live.
Sprint will have good new phones starting in May like every year look for a new evo in June
